The Genocidal War and the Escalation of the Repressive System against Palestinian Prisoners and Women Prisoners

Since the beginning of the genocidal war waged by the occupying State against the Palestinian people in all places of their presence on 7 October 2023, the issue of Palestinian prisoners, women prisoners, and detainees has entered its most dangerous and harshest phase in decades, amid a systematic and ongoing escalation of policies of arrest, detention, torture, ill-treatment, starvation, isolation, medical neglect, and deprivation of basic rights.
